We take pride in the quality of our bags and accessories. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition that you received it

    • In its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact

    • Accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation)

Note: Items that show signs of use, damage, or wear caused by the customer are not eligible for return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Products purchased on sale, discount, or clearance

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers


3. Return Process

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the product (if damaged or defective).

  3. Once your request is approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup through our courier partner (where available).

    • In some areas, you may need to self-ship the product using a reliable courier.

  4. After we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of the return status.


4. Refunds

  • Once your return is approved and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (UPI, card, or bank account).

  • In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI after verification.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the product was defective or damaged on arrival.


5. Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchange only for size, color, or manufacturing defect — subject to stock availability.
If your preferred replacement is unavailable, you may choose a refund instead.


6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share photos or videos of the issue for quick verification.

  • Once verified, we’ll send a free replacement or initiate a full refund.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:

  1. Check your bank or payment account again.

  2. Contact your bank or payment provider — sometimes it takes additional processing time.
