Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

  • Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we will begin processing it within 1-2 business days (unless otherwise notified).

  • Orders placed on weekends or Indian public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

  • After processing is complete, your order will be handed over to the courier partner for shipping.


2. Shipping Regions & Delivery Times

We currently ship to addresses within India.
Estimated delivery time (after processing) is as follows:

Tier-2 & smaller cities 4-7 business days
Remote or rural locations Up to 10 business days

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free standard shipping is offered on all orders (or on orders above a certain value, e.g., โ‚น X).

  • For orders outside the free-shipping threshold (if applicable), shipping will be charged at checkout based on your location and order weight/size.

  • Any applicable taxes, customs duties, or other charges (if shipping internationally) will be your responsibility (currently we ship only within India).


4. Courier Partners & Tracking

  • We work with trusted courier partners to ensure safe delivery of your order.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email (and/or SMS) with a tracking number and link to track your parcel.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours after shipment for the tracking status to update.


5. Delivery Issues & Failed Deliveries

  • If the courier attempts delivery and you are unavailable, a missed-delivery notice may be left with further instructions (e.g., redelivery attempt, collection point).

  • If the address you provided is incorrect or incomplete, resulting in delayed or failed delivery, you may be responsible for any additional shipping charges.

  • If your package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address, you will need to contact us to arrange redelivery (additional charges may apply).


6. International Shipping

  • At this time we do not ship internationally. (Or if you do: โ€œWe currently ship only to India. For international orders please contact us at [email address].โ€)

  • If you request international shipping separately, you will be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and any other fees.


7. Partial Shipments

  • In certain cases, your order may be fulfilled via multiple shipments (for larger orders, multiple warehouse locations, etc.).

  • If this happens, you may receive separate tracking numbers. Shipping charges (if any) will still be as agreed at checkout.


8. Changes to Shipping Policy

We reserve the right to modify this shipping policy at any time. If we make changes, we will update the โ€œLast updatedโ€ date above. The version posted on our website will always apply to your order.
